When the employer makes any changes to the Employment Contract, then the Employer is obliged by the BCEA to do the following?
1) Notify the employee in writing of the changes to the contract.
2) Notify the employee verbally of the changes to the contract.
3) Explain the contract if necessary.
4) Keep copies for 3 years after the employee has left.
5) Keep copies for 5 years after the employee has left.
