A) Advise the contractor how to sequence the Work.
B) Review the schedules for logic, task durations, and ability to meet specified dates.
C) Quickly skim the printout, then file it, keeping the master chart on the wall.
D) File them in case of a later need to investigate delay claims.
E) Study them carefully and post all changes on your master chart.
