You are patrolling in your car. You are also smoking in your car, which is against departmental policy. As you are traveling along, the "fire" (ashes) from your cigarette falls into the seat between your legs. As you are attempting to brush away the ashes, your car drifts off the right side of the road, strikes a mailbox and blows a tire. (For those of you who do not smoke, you do for this scenario!) What do you do?
