Mary, a convicted prostitute, is again arrested... for soliciting an undercover police officer. Well inventorying her purse at booking, the booking officer, find a client list, containing the names of money prominent citizens. Mary says officer, looking at it with his mouth open. She smokes and says, yup, even the big shots are willing to pay 500 for my services. At her trial, the prosecutor wishes to admit the statement. Her attorney filed a motion to suppress the statement as she had not been mirandized after her arrest. Will the statement be admitted?
