Each student will interview someone who works in the field of Human Resources Management (not another professor, it must be someone in a business setting outside of TSU or any other college or university). The interview may be face-to-face, by telephone, or video conference. The person should be someone who spends the majority of their focus on human resources management, such as an organization's human resources director or vice president.
