Each student will interview someone who works in the field of Human Resources Management (not another professor, it must be someone in a business setting outside of TSU or any other college or university). The interview may be face-to-face, by telephone, or video conference. The person should be someone who spends the majority of their focus on human resources management, such as an organization's human resources director or vice president. The interview questions may be broad-based but should result in some information about one or more HR functions in the organization such as strategic approaches, metrics, planning approaches, recruiting techniques, employee health
