Nonhlanhla is applying for the job as a hotel manager at an international hotel group. As part of the application process, she is confronted with a virtual simulation of a hotel manager's job.
She plays the role from this perspective and deals with the hotel's day-to-day problems, for example, training staff and doing an inventory.
Once she has completed this successfully she can click on the "do it for real" button that then allows her to apply for the position.
