Scaling up is an age-old technique that will help you in a variety of ways, including creating a painting, a larger drawing, or possibly even a mural-sized project. At its most simple description, your final drawing should be double the size of your original drawing or sketch. Your final drawing should incorporate things we discussed this semester and demonstrate your understanding of the drawing elements, This would/could include shading, value, contrast, negative space, perspective, line and shape. This final drawing can be created using mixed media, watercolor, markers, coloredandcolored pencils. To get full credit, please post your original drawing with a grid over it and scale up your completed final drawing.
