I have an idea of using Artificial intelligence to utilize the data collected by two or more ANPR cameras installed from point to point to estimate, track and enforce overspeed violations whereby on the first point of ANPR Camera the following information should be detected on the first on spot ANPR camera, the number plate of the vehicle, speed of the vehicle, current location, time, direction of movement and front image and back image of the vehicle. An the Artificial intelligence should be able to estimate, track the same vehicle from the first point A of the ANPR camera and the second point B, C, D....... of another or other ANPR cameras installed along the HIGHWAY to estimate and calculate the vehicle speed and detect violation of over speeding and issues automatic tickets to the perpetrators by sending messages to own of the said vehicles by crossing checking the details of the legal registered owner from Uganda revenue database for all registered vehicles in Uganda and pick details like the emails of the registered owners, the telephone numbers of the registered owner or the legal owner or owners for sending the tickets details including the Payment reference number for payment via URA systems, the amount to be paid, the date line for the payment, The ticket penalties shall be automatically loaded to the express penalty system for the traffic police for tracking in case the perpetrator default to pay the vehicles number plate shall be blacklisted on all the ANPR cameras installed within the country of Uganda for the traffic police officers tracking of those defaulters and their vehicles shall be impounded upon being detected by the police in case of the alert messages send to traffic police officers through an Artificial intelligence upon the blacklisted vehicles is or are detected by ANPR cameras within their areas of deployment and the information alert messages sent to the police traffic officer smart mobile phone through the express penalty system that is already existing for tracking any vehicles with traffic penalties. please help me to reshape the idea into reality to help Ugandans safe from road crashes due to over speeding and careless driving. developed a detailed proposal focusing on the following the model, best methods to be use, approaches, Datasets, how the data shall be processes, tools and technique to be applied to achieve the study.
