Patient has cystoscopy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor in your facility's outpatient department. The operative report states lesion was in dome of bladder. Pathology findings revealed a high grade urothelial carcinoma with muscle wall invasion. Abdominal CT scan showed no pelvic lymph adenopathy or metastatic spread. The bladder was free tumor upon completion of TURB.
