approve (or deny) your recommendation.

Decide how you would organize the memo.
Explain which techniques from Chapter 1 you would use when writing this memo. What other
things would you do to assist your readers?

Part 2:
Assume the committee has approved your recommendation for the new software. Chris Farina,
head of the administrative assistants, would like to share news about the new software with the
