13. The date of the auditor's report

A. Indicates that the auditor has performed procedures for subsequent events that would materially affect the financial statements through the date of the report
B. Should not be earlier than the date management approves the financial statements and furnishes a written representation
C. Should be later than the date of the statement of financial position
D. Must not coincide with the date of the Management Representation Letter
