A defendant is not liable in tort for the consequences of their negligence if those consequences were:
A. Reasonably foreseeable to a person in the defendant's position.
B. Experienced by someone who was owed a duty of care.
C. Intended.
D. That the plaintiff suffered pure economic loss.
