There are many possible answers to this question, but there are two policies that I would propose. The first one would be free post-secondary education. This would right the wrongs of the past, as Native Americans have often had restricted access to quality education. Moreover, they have often been unable to enter high-paying industries due to their low educational level.
Another policy I would suggest would be a generous loan system for business owners. One of the problems of Native American communities is the lack of available jobs in reservations. More innovative businesses could address this problem, as well as revitalize the economy of the reservations.
