center at the origin (0, 0).  So ' a ' and ' b ' are both zero.

The (radius of the circle)² is (10² + 10²) = 200

Radius = √200

So (a + b + r) = √200 .  ( about 14.1421 )

The significance of the ' 3t ' in the argument of the 'x' and 'y' is just that as
't' goes from zero to 2π , the parametric equations draw the circle 3 times.
