Well once a volcano erupts magma flows out and the magma will spread through out the land it erupted on and it will dry and make new land. Magma a and a volcano eruption also kills living organisms living on the land the magma covers which could make life harder to start back again later
eventally the valcano erups and the lava hardens and forms crust
