The list of why discrimination is wrong is long, but here are the two most powerful reasons:Discrimination is dehumanizing. When you treat someone differently solely based on race, gender, age, etc., you deny the value of who they are as an individual.Discrimination hurts. Whether discrimination is subtle or overt, people know when they are being discriminated against, and it’s painful.
