A cylindrical propane tank is filled for a cost of $0.03 per in3. The tank has a radius of 24 in. and a height of 60.5 in. What is the cost to fill the propane tank? Use 3.14 to approximate pi.

[tex]V= \pi r^2 h \\ and \\ P=.03V[/tex] Pwould be Price, r your radius, h your hight, and V your volume. now lets plug them in [tex]109,422.72= (3.14) (24)^2 (60.5) \\ 3282.6816=(.03)(109,422.72)[/tex] therefor the answer would be $3282.68 or $3282.69 depending on if you always round up with money or not in your class (in the real world this is common). if you need help understanding plase let me know.
