The law of Causality states that every action has an effect on something else. 

Nothing happens by chance, or beyond universal laws.  Each action is a cause, and as such has a consequence or effect, a reaction. It is said that the law of cause and effect is the law of all laws. The law of causes and effects, each cause causes some effect, which again becomes the cause of some other effect. This is the principle or law of Causality. Universal principle, to people known as the expression: "we reap what we sow".
