Temperature can affect an ecosystem due to the fact that certain living things need a certain temperature to thrive in. If this temperature is changed they can no longer thrive in that environment. Soil affects an ecosystem because different types of soil grow different types of plants and different types of plants attract different types of animals. Light affects an ecosystem because different amounts of light cause different plants to live or die. These plants cause certain animals to inhabit that certain area.
