What are we doing? We are holding our popular ‘Why Walk?’ annual event in April! Last year over 5,000 people registered on our website to take part in our fun campaign, and we aim to attract at least 6,000 participants this year. Where are we walking? This year’s walk takes place within the picturesque Sydney Harbour National Park, covering approximately 4km. Starting at Bradleys Head and finishing at Chowder Bay, the walk continues along Athol Bay and through woodland, taking in some beautiful view along Taylors Bay, Athol Hall and Clifton Gardens on the way. Refreshments are available at Bradleys Head Amphitheatre, or bring along your own food to enjoy at the jogging picnic areas. You can find out more about Sydney Harbour National Park and its nearby walking tracks, including Lane Cove National Park, Hermitage Foreshore track and Fiddens Wharf walking track, by selecting here.
