Answer :

The aim of Newspeak in George Orwell's novel "1984" is to narrow the words in the language and consequently narrow the range of thought. Newspeak is a controlled language created by the totalitarian state in the novel to limit freedom of thought by reducing the range of expressible ideas. It aims to make it impossible to even conceive of rebellious or subversive thoughts by restricting the vocabulary and eliminating words that could be used to criticize the government or its actions. Newspeak is a tool of thought control and manipulation in the dystopian society depicted in "1984."
