Sam is a 24-year-old mechanic who runs his own business. He has recently experienced increased workplace demands, and stress. He is married, with a young active toddler at home. Sam was diagnosed 3 years ago with Type 1 Diabetes. He manages his Diabetes well at home with mealtime, basal subcutaneous insulin and monitoring his BGLs. He is not taking any other medications and does not have any other chronic health problems.
