no because who ever is taking the test will cheat,copy or will keep on retaking the test
Yes:
-influence to do good
-people possibly being able to afford food in the cafeteria
-people being able to pay for education materials

No:
-cheating
-stealing of the money from the rightful owner
-competition to see who could do better on tests which could result in bullying
